• Professor (BPS-21): PhD in relevant field + minimum experience and research publications as per HEC (typically 10–15 years teaching/research + 15+ publications in HEC-recognized journals).
• Associate Professor (BPS-20): PhD + 10 years teaching/research experience (post-PhD) + 10 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): PhD in relevant field (no experience required if PhD is fresh; otherwise as per HEC).
• Lecturer (BPS-18): Master’s degree (1st division) in relevant field (18 years education) + no 3rd division in academic career.
• Lab Engineer (BPS-17): Bachelor’s degree (1st division) in relevant engineering field (16 years education) + valid PEC registration (where applicable).
